Sean Duffy is a veteran of more than two decades of public affairs work, inside and outside of government. Prior to joining The Kenney Group, Duffy managed a statewide initiative campaign. From 2001 to 2005 he was Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications to Colorado Gov. Bill Owens where he oversaw the administration's external affairs operation and served as the Governor's chief speechwriter. Before coming to Colorado, Duffy served in a number of key roles in Pennsylvania politics and government— including as education spokesman for Gov. Tom Ridge, and as president of the state's free-market think tank.
